Good video. My skag cheetah has the same issue but it doesn't appear to be the fuse. It has 2 twenty amp fuses that I can't see any broken spots in fuse. What else could it be?

My van is a 2014 loaded with options, all-wheel drive, rear cargo heater, electric and heated mirrors rear cam, etc etc only 23,000 MI. They don't make them anymore so I don't want to get rid of it. regardless of all that, again, thank you so much

Yes, he had the oil overfilled and the rubber vacuum line to the pump was cracked in half and deteriorating from oil in the tube i suppose. Replace that vacuum line to the crank case if needed. Thanks.

Mine is occasionally spitting gas out the two small holes on the back of the pump. It did it once before, maybe last fall Nov ‘23. I ordered a pump but the next day it didn’t do it and it hasn’t done it again until today June ‘24. I assume it’s a diaphragm or gasket or seal or something, just odd it doesn’t do it constantly.

You forgot to show the most important part. How the heck do you remove the old cable and install the new one through the hole by the clutch handle?

I changed to Amsoil 10-40 in my Evo engines due to in the winter the oil light would stay on with the Harley oil. Really hard to start like piston drag. kill the battery quickly. What a pain that was. Amsoil the Twin cam I use 20-50 the evos 10-40 they run much cooler and fire right up no matter what the temp, Throttle response big time improved. Thinking about going to the Ams v twin 20-50 in the Evos one is a 2005 sportster 1200 and the other A 1995 dyna FXDWG but they both seem to like the Amsoil MCFQT 10-40 they fire right up and run cooler even in traffic on a hot day. My Harley manuals say that the 10-40 is excellent and the 20-50 is good. Question is , which is it?. the Harley manual Does not give a a high temp limit for the 10-40.I do know it makes a huge difference in the cold. Whether it starts up or you get stuck. I noticed also the the Genuine Harley oils are made by Sun oil company and give No Specks. Kinda odd.

I rebuilt MC but something not right. When I clip in the plunger, I can see the first washer go past the bigger hole so no fluid is pumped, or doesit go in the little two?. Can't see in them. Reason back in, is because I can't build pressure. Won't bleed. Got one of the vac pump but nothing. I finally found someone with my bike! YOU! HELP! Think I put it together like it came out. Can't seem to find a illustration, how it's supposed to look in relation to that port. Hate to bother you but I been screwing with it for longer than I want to admit. I'm subbing with the bell & all if that's anything...

May i ask everyone, is it possible that the fuel will flow thru vaccuum fuel pump when the engine is not running? What is the problem if the vaccuum fuel pump continouos discharge of fuel even the engine is off?Thank you

Thank you for your very good video. Just couldn’t get the tumbler out until I watched your video. I picked the lock to get it off the tank. That was surprisingly easy. So now I will attempt to make a key otherwise I will replace all the locks.

Bought a Yukon rolling tool box with missing keys. Went to a locksmith to cut new keys but the cost was way too much so I just ordered new locks. Much easier.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that a key code on the face of the lock?

So many things wrong here+: 1. Hold lock while punching starter dimple. 2. Hold lock while drilling hole. 3. Hold tap with locking pliers to ensure non slip grip on tap rather than a tap holder 4: Make sure you fold the paper enough times to make enough valleys for the number of pins
